If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange it or give you a full refund with no questions asked, provided you return it to us in a re-saleable condition within 14 days. Obtain proof of postage if returning an item. This does not affect your statutory rights. We regret that postage and packing charges are direct costs and cannot be refunded. As we value your comments, please tell us your reasons for returning the items. We check all goods before they leave our premises, but, should there be damage in transit, please telephone us immediately.

We aim to despatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt. Goods are then sent using a 48 hour delivery service within mainland UK. Overseas orders are likely to take a little longer. Please allow up to 14 days at busy times or in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock or for some personalised items. Availability is guaranteed only whilst stocks last. If your order is needed for a special occasion, please tell us and we will do everything that we can to meet your requirements. If you would like us to deliver to a different address simply complete the alternative address box on the form.

Prices are valid until 31 December 2005 but we reserve the right to amend these prices. All prices quoted are in pounds sterling.
